COMMON PROBLEMS
- Not opening in Microsoft Word is a common problem for customers. Make sure you are opening my template on an updated version of Microsoft Word installed on a computer. DOCX templates will not open on a phone or online version of Microsoft Word.
- Not being able to edit. Solution: Click “Enable Edit”
- If you still cannot edit, save a copy of the file as a different name on your computer.
- If all else fails, I do provide customization service for an additional fee of $30 for 4 page programs and $40 for 8 page programs.
